Tripo H3.1

Tripo H3.1 is Tripo3D’s current flagship for turning a text prompt or a photo into a 3D model. It is meant for detailed meshes: high face counts, optional PBR textures, and separate quality settings for geometry and materials. Physically based materials are on by default. The model can output quads, size the mesh automatically, and take seeds so a result you like can be reproduced.

Face count runs from 1,000 to 2 million. Geometry quality and texture quality can each be set to standard or detailed. Texture can also be turned off if you plan to texture the mesh yourself.

From a prompt, there is an optional negative prompt. From an image, you can align the mesh to the photograph or let the model choose orientation, and you can pull texture from the photo or from the generated geometry.

What it's good for

Game assets, product visualization, and 3D that has to hold up in a close-up render. A single clear photo of an object is enough to get started. If you need a high-detail mesh rather than a quick low-poly draft, this is the Tripo model for that.
