HappyHorse 1.1 turns written scene ideas and still images into video. Text guides the action, lighting, and camera behavior. Image animation retains the starting artwork's subject and composition as movement develops, making an existing visual a practical basis for a shot.

Reference-guided generation uses supplied images to establish character appearance and art direction in generated scenes. For existing footage, video extension adds a continuation after the ending, with text describing how the scene should progress. This connects initial shot development with exploration of the next action.

What it's good for

A storyboard artist can animate a key frame to assess movement, then use character references to explore another setting. Campaign development benefits from keeping clothing and visual identity recognizable while testing different scene ideas.
