Seedance V1.5 Pro Fast supports video generation from written descriptions, animation of still images, and continuation of existing footage. These tasks accommodate different starting materials: a scene brief establishes an idea, an image defines its appearance, and a clip supplies action to carry forward.

Image animation retains the reference subject and composition while text guides movement and camera behavior. Text-led generation follows descriptions of the scene's action and visual atmosphere. For extension, the source video's movement and appearance inform the continuation, helping the added action remain connected to the original shot. Audio generation is optional.
