Ideogram Remove Background
Ideogram Remove Background isolates the subject of an image and returns a transparent foreground. It is a utility, not a generator and not an editor. There is no prompt, no aspect ratio, no quality setting, and no seed. Send a still, get a cutout.
It does not fill in what was behind the subject, generate a new background, or fix a bad crop. A subject that already blends into the original background will not become a perfect matte.
What it's good for
Catalog cutouts, sticker-style assets, and prepping a subject for compositing. Product-on-white work, and any composite where the cutout is step one. If the still already has a clean alpha, you do not need this pass.
